  1. Term 1 Invoices for Academic year 2015-16:

Invoices have been issued and dispatched for the academic year 2015-16. If you do not receive a paper invoice by Monday, 22nd June 2015 please email accounts4@baobabcollege.org for a copy or see the class teacher.

For those of you who receive invoices and statements via email, accounts will send out invoice via email on Monday, 22nd June 2015. If you notice any discrepancies on the invoice, please do not hesitate to contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can correct the discrepancy.

  1. Feedback on Gate Clearance Slips:

2014-15 academic has been the toughest for both our esteemed parents and finance department, as we have had to implement tough policies to reduce bad debts written-off and the man hours spent on collecting fees from debtors. Therefore, I would like to thank all our parents and/or guardians for adhering to our strict polices as this has enabled us collect our school fees efficiently.

Thank you for supporting the school, please remember that school fees are our only source of income and we rely on payments on time to run Baobab College and maintain the standards of our facilities, staff, and resources.

I am truly thankful for your compliance, thus, given the results of the Gate Clearance slips, I would like to confirm that it will be an on-going policy for the upcoming academic year 2015-16. With that said please ensure that upon payment you collect your Gate Clearance slip. We will have staff at the gate for two whole weeks starting 19th August 2015 to 2nd September 2015. Thank you for your cooperation and again we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

  1. Early payment discounts:

5% discount if fees for the whole year are paid before or on 1st August

2% discount applies if the entire term’s fees are paid before or on 1st August. Payments made after those dates forfeit the early payment discount.

  1. Payment plans

Payment plans are available and enrolment is every term, the earlier you sign up, the lower your monthly payments. Please note that defaulting on monthly instalments will make you ineligible for future payment plans. Please make an appointment for payment plan agreements; walk-ins are only available between 3rd August to 22nd August 2015.

When you sign up for a payment plan in August 2015 please remember to come with a proof of deposit amounting to 25% of the total invoice. Kindly note that your first instalment is due upon signing the agreement and shall be 25% of the total invoice due.

  1. Point of Sale (POS) Machine

Due to parent request, next academic year 2015-16 we will have a POS machine for debit card transactions. Please note that there is a bank transaction fee of 2.5% for paying using POS.

  1. Accounts Staff

We currently have new staff in our department, who are under-going training, therefore, I humbly request that if you notice any discrepancies on your statements or invoices please be courteous when you address the issue so that we can rectify the problem amicably.
